 PATRICK
M. BROGAN joined the firm January 1, 1991, upon completion of a tour of
duty in the U.S. Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps, where he was a
trial attorney for Court Martial and assisted in investigations into marine
casualties for the Commander-in-Chief of the Atlantic Fleet. Patrick graduated
from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in 1979 and received a law degree
in 1985 from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William
& Mary. In addition, he earned a U.S.C.G. Second Assistant Engineer's
License and has many years actual sea experience. On January 1, 1998,
Patrick became a member of the firm as the firm name now reflects.
