Davey & Brogan Privacy Statement
In a free society such as ours, it is most important that clients be able
to seek legal counsel by fully and freely disclosing all possibly relevant
facts to their chosen lawyer. In order to insure this, our legal system
recognizes and enforces the attorney-client privilege. We owe our clients
the important ethical obligation to keep their confidences and secrets
highly confidential.
Although as a visitor to our website you are not our client, we feel that
it would be inconsistent with our role as attorneys to collect information
about you based upon your visit to our website. So we will not. Technologically,
our computers must share information about each other and collect 'cookies'.
Although the birds will not eat these cookies, you can be assured that
we will not use them any better than Hansel & Gretel were able to
use the cookie crumbs they dropped to find their way out of the woods.
If you would like to tell us more about yourself and your legal needs,
please give us a call, send us an email or write us a letter or fax.
