Profile

Patrick M. Brogan joined the firm on January 1, 1991, upon completion of a tour of duty in the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he was a trial attorney for Courts Martial and assisted in investigations into marine casualties for the Commander-in-Chief of the Atlantic Fleet.

For thirty years, Patrick has applied his sea experience and legal expertise to generate the best case outcomes for his clients. A vital member, Patrick was added to the firm’s name on January 1, 1998. Under his leadership and that of his recently retired partner, Philip Davey, Davey | Brogan PC has provided quality representation with lasting solutions.

When Patrick is not in court or running the law firm, he is serving on local maritime association boards or training for triathlons. A member of the American Inns of Court, Patrick is known and respected for his high levels of professionalism and integrity that he brings to his legal practice and his everyday life.
